On January 13, 2012 of Glendora, NJ age 18 yrs. Beloved daughter of Anthony and Donna (nee. Lubansky). Cherished sister of Anthony Giacobbe. Loving granddaughter of Frank and the late Esther Giacobbe, and Joe and the late Judy Lubansky. Great-grand daughter of Helen Malasinski. Dear niece of Sandra and John Klamo, Kathy and Arthur Nardini, Larry Reiniche, Chas Long, Sandy Lubansky, Monica and Gil Calabrese, Robert and Trish Lubansky, and Joseph Lubansky. Also survived by many Great-aunts, Great-uncles, cousins and many friends. Chloe graduated from St. Francis de Sales School in 2007 and attended Gloucester Catholic High School and graduated from Triton High School in 2011. Relatives and friends are invited to her Mass of Christian Burial on Friday 10am (arrive at church 9:50) at St. Rita of Cascia Parish, St. Francis de Sales Church, Gloucester Pike and Willmont Avenue. Interment private at the convenience of the family.
