On May 10, 2012 of Westmont, NJ age 81yrs. Beloved husband of 60 yrs to Margaret T. (Nee Bryson). Devoted father of Margaret Chambers (David). Loving grandfather of David (Jennifer) Chambers, Davina (Rick) Bush, and Andrea Chambers. Great-grandfather of Autumn and Carlie. Dear brother of Marie Antonelli, Joyce Antonelli, and Richard LaPlaca. Mr. LaPlaca proudly worked for the Brick Layers Union, Local 1 where he had 49 yrs of service. He enjoyed fishing and spending his summers with friends in Rehoboth Beach, DE. Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation on Wednesday morning from 10am at Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Parish, Holy Savior Church, 50 Emerald Ave., Westmont, NJ, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am.
