(Nee. Dolan) of Barrington, NJ, died October 26, 2005 at Collingswood Manor. She was born in Philadelphia and served in the Woman’s Army Corp in France during World War II. Mrs. Dillon was a writer and an artist. She loved classical music, especially Beethoven, and she was a devoted champion of peace and tolerance throughout the world, which was the focus of her last book. She is survived by her beloved husband Raymond, two daughters Dolores Dillon and Marie Rodgers both of Manahawkin, NJ as well as two grandchildren, Ann Kirby of Manahawkin, NJ and Jacqueline Rodgers of Ocean, NJ. Funeral arrangements are private. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that donations in her memory be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
