Joseph J. Bernhardt

Passed away on March 29, 2017 of Oaklyn, NJ age 59 yrs. He is survived by his son Joseph Patrick and his former wife and best friend, Diane DiAmore. Beloved son of the late Fred and Betty Bernhardt. Dear brother of Betsy, Fred, Mary Ann Adamo, Geraldine Hunt, Monica, Kate, Lisa, and Jim. Predeceased by his sisters Margaret and Susan as well as his great canine companion, Petey. Joe was a loving uncle and good buddy to 17 nieces and nephews and their children. He was loved dearly by all, especially by his son Joseph Patrick, who brought him unending pride and joy. Relatives and friends are invited to a viewing on Sunday evening from 6-9 PM and Monday morning from 10 am at POPIOLEK FUNERAL HOME, 400 Clements Bridge Rd, Barrington, NJ, where a Funeral Service will follow at 11 am.
