(nee Walthy) Passed away peacefully on July 30, 2023, of West Deptford, NJ, formerly of Westville, NJ, age 62 yrs. Devoted mother of Bob Kelly. Dear sister of Chris Walthy, Kathleen Rosa, and the late Sharon Henkel. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends. Debbie enjoyed cooking, making crafts, and jewelry.
