James T. Kennedy, BTCM(ret.)

On February 7, 2018 of Barrington, NJ, age 89yrs. Born in Philadelphia to the late William and Agnes. He is survived by his brother William Kennedy as well as several nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and 2 birds. He is predeceased by his brother Thomas. Jim was born in Philadelphia and attended Shepard Elementary School, Stetson Jr. High School and completed high school in the Navy. Jim enjoyed a career in the U.S. Navy that spanned over 30 years. He was a member of the U.S.S. Missouri Association, the U.S.S. Carpellotti Association as well as the Fleet Reserve Association and the AARP.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Tuesday morning from 10 to 11am at the POPIOLEK FUNERAL HOME, 400 Clements Bridge Rd, Barrington, NJ. Interment with Military Honors to follow at Harleigh Cemetery, Camden, NJ.
