On May 6, 2019 of Leander, Tx, age 82 yrs. Beloved husband of the late Patricia. Devoted father of Ingrid Scheierman, Delora Sowle, Kathleen Cook, Mike Sowle, and James Chludzinski. Dear brother of Veronica Cunniff and Anna Cento. Loving grandfather of Christopher, Hannah and Ava. Predeceased by his parents Howard and Isabel Sowle. Jim served his county honorably in the U.S. Navy and later in the U.S. Airforce, where he retired from the reserves after 30 years as a Master Sergeant. He enjoyed a long career as a Flight Engineer with several companies and later retired from UPS. During his later years, Jim enjoyed traveling the country in his mobile home with this wife Patricia. Although Jim will be missed by many, he is surely glad to be reunited with his loved ones. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Friday morning from 10am at the POPIOLEK FUNERAL HOME, 400 Clements Bridge Rd, Barrington, NJ, where a Funeral Service will follow at 11am.
