William A. Nitz

Of Blackwood, NJ, Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, at the age of 74. Beloved husband of Joseph Lehman. Loving father of Jason Garret Lehman (Tracey). Dear brother of Richard Nitz, Theresa Jerecki, and James Nitz. Grandfather of Hunter, Adelynn, Josephine, and Elizabeth. Bill retired from the Camden County Office of Probation as Assistant Chief. He served as President of the Haddonfield Plays and Players where he directed and performed in many productions. After his retirement he used his acting experience and became a Standardized Patient teaching students at several medical schools. Bill and Joe traveled nearly the entire world enjoying all of the lush and sometimes exotic lands spanning five of the seven continents. Relatives and friends are invited to a Celebration of Bill's Life on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at POPIOLEK FUNERAL HOME, 400 Clements Bridge Road, Barrington, NJ, where family and friends may gather from 2PM to 3PM, followed by a Memorial Service at 3PM.
