William A. Whitworth, Jr.

On April 4, 2018, of Barrington, NJ, age 92 yrs. Beloved husband of the late Loretta “Bubbles” (nee Romp). Devoted father of Donna Pennestri (Tom). Loving Pop-pop of Michael and Laura. Mr. Whitworth was born and raised in Roxboro, PA. He proudly served his country in U.S. Marine Corps during World War II. Bill retired from Owens Corning Fiberglass, Barrington after 30yrs of service. He was a member of the Barrington Ambulance Assoc. as well as the Barrington VFW. Bill enjoyed gardening and woodworking but above all he loved watching his grandchildren grow. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Monday morning from 11am to 12PM at POPIOLEK FUNERAL HOME, 400 Clements Bridge Rd, Barrington, NJ. Interment with Military Honors will follow at New St. Mary’s Cemetery, Bellmawr, NJ.
